Cancellation of Orders
- Orders for Physical Products: Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placing the order without any cancellation fee. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Service-Based Orders: Services can be canceled up to 2 days before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 20% of the total service cost.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Physical Products: Refunds are only available for products returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact, within 7 days of receipt. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use will not qualify for a full refund.
- Services: Refunds for services will be processed based on the cancellation terms stated above.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product or confirmation of cancellation.
- If applicable, the refund amount will exclude shipping, handling, or cancellation fees.
